I got my copy today - I was told by someone in WHSmith in Norwich that their
distrubutors (Menzies) had only received half the batch of AA and rather than
put them on the shelf they had decided to keep hold of them until the second
half arrived. This had me trawling around the small independent newsies. no luck
until today
